We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and any issues with your products:
If your product turns out to be faulty, please let us know within three working days of receipt of the product and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. After that, return shipping will be on you. Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it to make sure it wasn’t damaged from incorrect use.
You can return a product within 30 days for a refund, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please let us know within five working days. We’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. If we can’t replace it, you can choose between a refund or store credit.
We try our best to keep stock levels accurate, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. If we find out something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know right away and give you three options:
If you choose to wait for the out-of-stock items, we’ll give you our best estimate of when they’ll arrive, but keep in mind that delays can happen due to customs or supplier issues. You can cancel the out-of-stock items at any time before they’re shipped.
