We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day from payment received and cleared in our bank account or cleared by our credit card processing company. 

Shipping methods.

Please view the shopping cart for the up-to-date price. All orders near or in cities will be sent via 1-2 business day couriers, remote destinations will take longer.

Local pickup at our office in George Industria is allowed. The order, however, must be placed online. It can be paid before pickup or by cash, cards or EFT payments when picking up.

We do not ship outside South Africa. International customers are welcome to send their own couriers to pick up orders from us. We can supply you with our export licence details.

Shipping insurance.

Full shipping insurance is added automatically to all orders.

Incorrect stock item levels

We try our best to keep stock levels accurate, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. If we find out something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know right away and give you three options:

  1. Cancel the entire order before anything is shipped.
  2. We’ll ship the items that are in stock right away, and send the rest later (we’ll cover the shipping for the out-of-stock items when they arrive).
  3. Cancel just the out-of-stock items.

If you choose to wait for the out-of-stock items, we’ll give you our best estimate of when they’ll arrive, but keep in mind that delays can happen due to customs or supplier issues. You can cancel the out-of-stock items at any time before they’re shipped.

Backorder products

We generally don’t allow for out-of-stock products to be ordered.  Please contact us if there is a specific out-of-stock item you are interested in so we can advise you on the estimated lead time.
